Wine tasting events in London
The Bleeding Heart Magnum Club and The Don Wine Club dinners are certainly convivial occasions, whether it’s a dinner celebrating the wines of the Rhone with Philippe Guigal, or a Masterclass on the esoteric delights of Riesling or Champagne. We have experience in hosting wine dinners and events in the heart of London for over 30 years.
If you are a wine lover, you will want to sign up for news of our regular wine tasting events and dinners in the Medieval Crypt next door in Ely Place, hosted by Chateau Owners, Winemakers and some of the the UK’s top Masters of Wine.
To accompany the wines for the evening, each dinner menu for Bleeding Heart Magnum Club is created by Executive Chef of Bleeding Heart Restaurants Julian Marshall. With over 25 years experience under his toque, Julian has worked along-side some of Britain’s best chefs including Marco Pierre White, Gordon Ramsay, Anton Mosimann, Gary Holihead and Anton Edelmann to name a few.
Throughout his illustrious career, Julian has had the opportunity to cook for many high profile guests including Prince Charles, Alain Ducasse, Sir Trevor McDonald, and Charlie Trotter and many more.
He is responsible for our fine-dining French restaurant, French Bistro, Anglo-Saxon Tavern and on site bakery.
We also host weekly wine tastings at our new fine-wine shop, St. Swithins Wine Shippers, located 2 minutes walk from both Bank and Canon St Stations, as well as highly topical monthly Business Breakfasts at The Don Restaurant.
Additionally we can organise private bespoke wine tastings and wine dinners for corporate and private events.
