Join us on 12th March in the enchanting medieval Crypt for an extraordinary evening celebrating fine wine and fine dining.
The spotlight will be on two exceptional Bordeaux Châteaux: Château Pichon Lalande from Pauillac and Château de Pez from Saint-Estèphe. The evening begins with Louis Roederer Champagne and a celebrated Chardonnay from Anderson Valley, California.
Guiding us through this journey will be Florent Genty of Châteaux Pichon and de Pez, alongside the ever-engaging and knowledgeable Master of Wine, Mark Bingley, a favourite among our regulars.
Savour six remarkable wines perfectly paired with a five-course gourmet menu, complete with coffee, water, and service, all for £155.
Aperitifs will be served at 6:30 pm in the heated Cloister Garden (weather permitting, with a chance to admire the blooming daffodils!), followed by dinner at 7:00 pm
