Join our Miraval Magnum celebrations for the launch of the new season on our Bistro Terrace, which this Spring and Summer will feature a marvellous pink Miraval Bar, dispensing Magnums of the Rosé which only last week, The Times Jane MacQuitty, described as the only Celebrity Rosé worth drinking – adding it was “silky, savoury and herby”
Join us at 6pm on Wednesday May 22 for an hour of Rosé and canapés including:
Garlic prawns on the barbecue
Salt cod croquettes
Snails on sticks
Tomato Bavarois en croute
before sitting down in the Bistro or on the Terrace to a four course Menu Provencale:
Soupe de Poisson en Demitasse
Coquille St Jacques aux petit pois
Lamb Provencale a Ratatouille
Les Deux Iles Flottante
Cafe et Les Madeleines.
There’ll be a list of wines by the glass, the bottle and the Magnum all with a Provencale heritage from Brad’s partner in Miraval, Marc Perrin.

Bleeding Heart Special Saturday Party Package!
Whilst the Bleeding Heart Bar & Grill is open to the public Monday – Friday.
On Saturday the bar combines with our No 1 Dining Room to create the perfect venue for parties of up to 50.
There is the perfect setting on the ground floor for drinks, as well as access to the idyllic cobbled yard for drinks outside (weather permitting!).
Then you can head on downstairs to the No 1 Dining Room, for your 3 course feast.
Perfect for weddings, birthday parties or any other celebratory occasion!
